The Wrestling Federation of Serbia is organizing Wrestling World Championships 2022 in Stark Arena from September 10 to 18. During the World Championships, Belgrade will host more than 2,500 wrestlers from 74 countries.
It is a historical event that has never been organized even in the territory of the former SFRY. This is a huge success and recognition of the importance and reputation that Serbian wrestling has in the world and a confirmation of the efforts and commitment of the Wrestling Federation of Serbia.
Wrestling is our most trophy sport and more and more children are involved in wrestling, because they see wrestlers as their role models and idols. Wrestlers who have already won Olympic, World and European medals such as Zurabi Datunashvili, Viktor Nemes, Mate Nemes, Ali Arsalan, Mihail Kadzaja, Ana Fabian, Sebastian Nadj, Branko Kovačević and many others will represent Serbia.
