Press Center
The Press Center is located within the Stark Arena facility, with a separate entrance and covers 630 m2 with 275 places available. The Press Center is divided in two parts, one with 160 work stations equipped with telephone and internet connection, while the other houses the press conference hall with 115 available places.
In this pleasant environment, air-conditioned and easily adaptable to any type of event, professional Arena staff is at your disposal for the organization any type of event, presentation, promotion, lecture, round table, reception, meeting, projection or celebration.
STARK ARENA can offer in its PRESS CENTER the following:
1. Simultaneous interpretation equipment:
- up to 100 wireless IR Bosch DCN receivers
- interpreters booth or video surveillance system (without the booth)

- up to 5 fixed Philips DCN conference microphones

Owing to its technical and professional capacities, Arena can offer its clients comprehensive service in its PRESS CENTER:
- inviting reporters (all national printed and electronic media);

contacts with embassies, foreign representative offices and non-governmental organizations;

inviting reporters and guests according to the list previously supplied by the client, and compilation of the list, as needed
- moderating conferences;

rental of the hall (capacity 115 and 280 places) on a full day basis for workshops and round tables and on an hourly basis for press conferences;
- organization of events with a large number of participants;
- audio and video recording of conferences;

on-line conferencing (written communication of an unlimited number of participants, visible on the video beam, TV and plasma screens in the hall and on the computers of all participants – possibility of accreditation of reporters from the whole world);
- live streaming of conferences;
- possibility of presenting material in any format (CD, MD, VCD, DVD, DAT, VHS, Mini DV);

Additional Press Center services
Using the Press Center mailing list, which includes about a thousand addresses of the media, embassies, local and foreign business groups, educational institutions and individuals interested in the media, you can distribute your press releases and announcements of various activities in the Serbian and English languages.
The offer also includes the following services:

preparing the agenda, topics, participants, moderators, preparation of documents for workshops and events;
- inviting reporters (all national printed and electronic media);

contacts with all the media in the country and neighbouring countries, embassies, local and foreign business, and inviting guests according to the list previously supplied by the client, and compilation of the list, as needed;
