ELECTRONIC TICKET SALE AND BOOKING

Online tickets sale or reservations are available in accordance with promoters` instructions.
Please read carefully the text related to the event you are interested in and follow the instructions for making reservations and purchase.

INFORMATION

• Entry into the Arena on the day of event is 1 to 2 hours prior to the beginning of the event
• Booking box seats: info@arenabeograd.com
• Entry to the Arena is free for children aged 3 or younger during events  (a seat is not provided – the child sits on his/her parent’s lap)
• Parking tickets may be purchased at the Arena Box Office or at the car Park before the event.
• The ATM is located at the north side of  the Arena (next to the Box Office) and operates from 00:00 to 24:00
• The ATM device is also located in the Arena facility, in the hall on the north side of the Arena near the main entrances.
• Avoid carrying valuables since the Arena is not liable for any loss thereof at the facility.

• By purchasing a ticket, the visitor irrevocably accepts all terms and conditions at event’s premises, including the following terms:

  • tickets without the stub are deemed invalid
  • by leaving the premises,  you make yout tickets become invalid
  • not disobeying  terms and conditions or ticket misuse will result in one removal from the event premises
  • ticket return isn’t possible
  • in case of event cancellation, the tickets can be returned, following the instructions from the program organizer
  • in case of event cancellation, or date changes no  extra cost ( public transportation , hotel, etc) will be reimbursed
  • by purchasing the ticket , a visitor becomes part of the audience and as such, gives permission to be video and sound recorded without any limitation
